At IFace, we stand by the quality of our premium electronics and offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all original purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your device, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your IFace account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are fully covered.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware for quality assurance, your refund or replacement device will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
